At the receipt of your completed application form CW&D will process
your application immediately and forward it to the appropriate naming authority.
CW&D will send a confirmation message to you at the email address specified
on your application form. This will be followed by an Invoice for the appropriate
FEE (which will include your NIC Naming Authority Fees for two years) by email
and post to the address specified on your billing. All domain fees must be paid
by return post or on receipt of invoice. CW&D reserves the right to cancel
all domain name payments not received after the terms specified in this condition.
CW&D is entitled to refuse to process a request submitted by a client where
CW&D finds that such name might or is intended to (in CWD's opinion) to cause
CW&D a high risk of legal or other proceedings. CW&D can not guarantee
that any domain name submitted for registration will be clear and free or ownership
rights or claims by third parties. Any domain name registered by CW&D can be
challenged and cancelled by third parties CW&D will register domain names
subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing naming authority. Refund will be
given at the discretion of the company manger.
