To make a new connection, go to My Computer and click on
Dial-Up Networking, (or choose the Start button, then Programs, then Accessories and choose Dial Up Networking)
and double-click on "Make New Connection" and then follow the instructions.
To check your Network settings, open your Control Panel. Double-click the "My computer" icon on your desktop, and select "Control Panel",
or click on the "Start" button, then select "Settings" and choose "Control Panel".
